Laura Linney is an American actress who has become well-known for her portrayal of strong, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was born into the theatre-loving side of her family. Her father named Romulus Linney was a writer. She studied Arts Theatre School at Moscow, then graduated with her M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City, 1990.
