Dina originates from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she moved in Dix Hills on Long Island just before she finished her senior year. Her siblings include two younger ones as well as an elder brother. Her career began as an entertainer when she was nine and was modeling. She started her acting training with The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied Sanford Meisner's acting techniques along with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among other actors to receive this kind of education. Her first role was in the soap opera Beverly Hills, 90210, which required her to move out to Los Angeles. After that, she was as the lead role in the movie Johnny Mnemonic, in which she did almost all of her own stunts and established her as a sexy actress. The agency she was represented by was Matt LeBlanc, so through her agent for talent, she was able to get a regular part on Friends.
